Founded in 2019 as a solution-specialized company, YJ Solution has been dedicated to the softwareization and advancement of EDM technology, focusing on building independent technical capabilities—all grounded in over 25 years of on-site practical experience accumulated by the core team, including the representative, since 1998.

We have independently designed and developed Windows-based intelligent EDM pulse control technology, while enhancing the hardware platform by redesigning the EDM control board with ARM core-based IC.

This integrated solution delivers over 30% improvement in machining stability, control precision, and process efficiency compared to traditional PC-NC systems. It precisely manages the entire process from rough machining to ultra-fine finishing through a single integrated control logic.

Having completed domestic copyright registration, we independently own and operate the control algorithms and source codes, establishing an independent software system free from reliance on external technologies.

Additionally, leveraging our core control technology, we have developed MES/POP solutions to offer flexible customization and rapid technical support tailored to customers' manufacturing environments.
